You can Achieve Peace

My name is Ronnie and my recovery from eating disorders has been a long and difficult path. I often felt hopeless, self-disdain, and out of control as I suspect you may feel now if you’re struggling with disordered eating. You’ve come to the right place, Peace is Possible.

Our multifaceted work together will give you the skills to fulfill your needs: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. These skills will also help you build a life full of connection, community, healthy habits, and supportive relationships so that you can achieve lasting recovery.

One-on-One Sessions

Your weekly chat with Ronnie is one of our core services aimed to spark positive change and growth. During this time, we will focus on understanding your behaviors, goals, triggers, and needs and how they translate into action. What can you do during difficult moments that will lead you toward your goals? We will also practice helpful frameworks to support you through compulsions such as identifying traffic light foods, HALT, mindfulness practices, and perspective-reframing. Additionally, we will explore beginning cornerstone habits that will create a positive cycle in your life! Together, we can make Peace Possible!

Group Sessions

Weekly sessions with all clients foster a sense of community, connection, and understanding among people who are in a similar situation as you. It feels so freeing to know that those around you GET IT. This safe space involves no commenting on other peoples' shares, nor giving advice. Group sessions are opportunities to be vulnerable about your life, hopes, struggles, and needs. After all, we're as sick as our secrets.

Family Sessions

For individuals who live with others, family sessions can be the key to easing your recovery journey. We will aim to create mutual understanding and a supportive home environment for your needs.

Recovery Buddy System

By pairing up with another client you will deepen accountability, connection, and support. Knowing that someone is ready to listen when you need it most can help you live with ease. You're not alone! Meanwhile, being able to provide support when your buddy is in need can fill you with purpose and contentment. We're all human, and we all can benefit from others' care.

Accountability

This is where the rubber meets the road. Peace is Possible connects you with robust accountability for those moments when you really need it. Since Ronnie is just one person, you also have access to your dedicated Recovery Buddy in addition to a phone list of all clients who opt-in. You are highly encouraged to reach out when you begin to notice compulsions. Connection is the cure!

Phone List

Connection is the cure. Clients opt into our shared phone list for each other to reach out to when they need support or just want to check-in. Invariably, your Buddy or Ronnie may be unavailable in a moment of need, but there are others you can both support and be supported by!

Resource Library

Okay, this is technically free, but still a perk of having discovered Peace is Possible! Our Resource Library offers helpful meditations, tools, tips, and literature. Check it out to deepen your knowledge and skills and ease your recovery journey.

Coordination with Therapists and Nutritionists

With your consent, Ronnie communicates your progress with your therapist, nutritionist and other folks on your team. Doing so can help ensure that everyone is on the same page and streamline your recovery.

Group Walks and Hikes

Oh, nature... Clients can choose to attend regular low-intensity walks and hikes. This serves as a beautiful chance to connect, deepen mutual support, and cultivate a healthy habit. Being in nature is even proven to enhance cognition, social skills, and physical and mental health!

Subsidized Care

Every week we provide numerous hours of attention for each client at a reduced rate of $100/week. This is possible by selling specialty grade coffee and sweet apparel. Treat yourself or others while reducing the cost of multi-faceted eating disorder recovery support!
