This opening is available to individuals whose income is below $50,000/year. We prioritize the privacy and anonymity of all our clients. Peace is Possible provides the care you need to build connection, understanding, support, and mindfulness in order to achieve lasting recovery. We offer all the below services for no additional fee. You are encouraged to take advantage of as many as possible!

Core services:

  • Weekly one-on-one coaching session (one hour)
  • Recovery buddy support system
  • Access to online resources
  • Accountability throughout the week with your buddy and Ronnie 
  • Coordination with therapist and nutritionist

Optional and highly encouraged services:

  • Weekly group session (one hour)
  • Client phone list for support
  • Movement support and accountability

Additional services depending on your needs:

  • Monthly session with family members (in place of individual session that week)
  • Weekly group walk/hike

About One-on-One Sessions: Your weekly personalized coaching session with Ronnie is one of our core services aimed to spark positive change and growth. During this time, we will focus on understanding your behaviors, goals, triggers, and needs and how they translate into action. What can you do during difficult moments that will lead you toward your goals? We will also practice helpful frameworks to support you through compulsions such as identifying traffic light foods, HALT, mindfulness practices, and perspective-reframing. Additionally, we will explore beginning cornerstone habits that will create a positive cycle in your life! I can't wait to work together to make Peace Possible!

Recovery takes time and consistency. Therefore, the minimum commitment is 4 weeks at a time.
