Lasting change doesn’t happen overnight — it’s built on a foundation of practices that strengthen both mind and body. In this six-week series, you’ll be guided through the six essential pillars of recovery and wellbeing: mindfulness, compassion, intention, authenticity, connection, and joy.
Each week, we’ll explore why these pillars matter, how they support healing and growth, and practical ways to weave them into daily life. Sessions will include guided practices, reflection, and opportunities to apply what you learn between meetings.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with:
- A deeper understanding of how to sustain recovery and wellness.
- Practical tools to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and joy.
- Confidence and hope in your recovery and wellness journey.
- Skills to strengthen connections with yourself and others.
- A community of supportive peers for continued growth.
- Greater authenticity and intention in your choices.
Format: 1 hour every Thursday for 6 weeks starting Oct 30 from 6-7 pm We will skip Thanksgiving week and finish on Dec 11. Online participation will be available if you are out of town during a session.
